The aim of the MAYAK project is to create an effective link between university students and professional engineers by building-up small groups.
The objective of this project is to arrange periodic meeting between students and professional engineers to help students in:

- Further education planning
- Obtaining contemporary technical knowledge
- Getting familiar with international standards
- Future career opportunity etc.

Anar Alimov, Microsoft Corporation Software Development Engineer has given presentation on “Career opportunities for software engineers outside Azerbaijan” in Khazar University conference room under CES Seminars program. Approximately 30 computer engineering students and junior engineers were attended in this seminar.
